All products are handmade and produced to order through artisanal processes.
Due to the handcrafted nature of production, slight variations may occur between products.
All images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
2. Pricing Policy
All listed product prices include import duties and customs fees under a door-to-door international courier shipping service.
Shipping costs are charged separately and displayed during checkout.
When you purchase from Vintage & Framed, the price you see is the final product price.
At checkout, the only additional cost is shipping, which is clearly shown before payment.
This means you will never pay:
Import taxes
Customs fees
Local destination taxes
Hidden or administrative charges
Unexpected delivery costs
3. Liability
We are not responsible for shipping, logistics, or customs delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Policy
Door-to-Door Delivery
We provide international door-to-door shipping through couriers such as DHL.
Orders are delivered directly to the customer’s address.
Under normal circumstances, there are no additional charges upon delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
Production: approximately 20–60 days
Shipping: approximately 5–10 business days
Production and shipping times are separate estimates.
All products are handcrafted in our workshop in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and shipped worldwide with door-to-door delivery service.
5. Return Policy
All products are custom-made and produced to order.
The warranty does not apply to:
Change of mind
Variations inherent to handcrafted production
Damaged Products
If the product arrives damaged:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
You must provide photos of the damage
We will offer a replacement product or an appropriate solution to resolve the issue.
We handle the entire process to ensure your shopping experience is simple, transparent, and clear.
