It is a special colored cardboard that can optionally be placed around the image to be framed to add visual impact to the artwork.
We offer three colors: white, gray, and black, with a width of 5 cm per side.
IMPORTANT: When adding the matting (passe-partout), the same approximate final overall size of the artwork remains (as published for the chosen molding). What is reduced is the size of the framed image by 10 cm in height and 10 cm in width (for example: if the print measures 30 x 40 cm, by adding matting it will then measure 20 x 30 cm)
